What to Expect

Pre-Dawn Pickup

The adventure begins early, usually around 4:00 am. You’ll be picked up from your hotel or Nile cruise boat and transported to the launch site on the West Bank.

Boat Ride Across the Nile

Many tours include a short, peaceful boat ride across the Nile to the launch site, where light refreshments may be served.

Balloon Launch

After a safety briefing, board the hot air balloon and ascend just in time to watch the sunrise over Luxor.  

The flight typically lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on weather conditions.

Views from Above

   – The West Bank:

     – Admire iconic sites like the Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut and Colossi of Memnon.  

   – The East Bank:

      – Gaze at the temples of Karnak and Luxor, as well as the lush farmland along the Nile.  

   – Experience the contrast between the fertile green land along the river and the hues of the surrounding desert.

Landing and Return

After landing, you’ll receive a commemorative certificate of your flight. Transportation will then take you back to your hotel or cruise boat.
