At Global Vision Holiday (“we,” “our,” “us”), your privacy is important to us. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, services, and booking platform. By accessing this website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

General Terms

● These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the website.
● By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
● Global Vision Holiday reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

Booking & Reservations

● All bookings made through Global Vision Holiday are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any booking.
● Prices are subject to change at any time before a booking is confirmed.
● Once a booking is confirmed, payment must be completed by the deadline provided. Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Payments

● Payments can be made via our available payment methods, including credit cards, visa, bank transfers, or other approved platforms.
● Invoices are provided for all services rendered. Full payment is required to confirm bookings, unless otherwise stated.
● Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy mentioned below.

Payment Policy

Deposit Payments & For Groups (Excluding Peak Periods)

          1- Deposit 30% Of the total payment to confirm reservation  
          2- 35% of  the Payment before arrival by one month
          3- 35% the rest of Payment before arrival by one week

 

Deposit Payments & For Groups During Peak periods, Christmas, New Year, and Easter Vacation:

          4- Deposit 50% Of the total payment to confirm reservation  
          5- 30% of  the Payment before arrival by one month
          6- 20% the rest of Payment before arrival by one week

Children Policy (A Child Share Parents’ Room)

• Policy 1: for packages, Nile cruises, and hotels
Under 2 years old: free of charge
Under 6 years old: 25% of the total tour cost of an adult individual
Under 12 years old: 50% of the total tour cost of an adult individual
All children 12 or older are considered adults.
If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply. That policy is valid for a maximum of one child sharing parents’ room.

• Policy 2: for sightseeing tours & shore excursions
Under 6 years old: free of charge
Under 12 years old: 50% of the total tour cost of an adult individual
All children 12 or older are considered adults.
If your sightseeing tours include domestic flights or ferry boats, an extra supplement for your child may apply.

Tipping

Tipping is (discretionary) to tour directors, drivers, or local guides and express your satisfaction with the services extended by them. This is always appreciated but at the same time it’s not obligatory.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

● Cancellations must be made in writing or through our website.
● Cancellation fees may apply depending on the proximity to the booking date.
● Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellationrequest has been received and approved. Certain services and promotions may be non-refundable. Please check specific terms during booking.
● Fair Cancellation Fees (Excluding Peak Periods)

The following charges will be applied:
– From the date of booking until 60 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.
– 25% of the tour price if you cancel 30 days before arrival.
– 50% of the tour price if you cancel 15 days before arrival.
– 100% of the tour price if you cancel a week before arrival.
Additionally, airlines charge their fees which are subject to the airlines’ terms and conditions, and there’s also a 5% bank fee on refunds.

Travel Documentation

● It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they possess all valid travel documents (e.g., passport, visa, permits) prior to departure.
● Global Vision Holiday is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by incomplete or invalid travel documents.

Third-Party Services

● Global Vision Holiday may offer services provided by third-party suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, transportation services, and tour operators. We do not have control over these third parties and are not responsible for their performance or any issues arising from their services.
● Any claims arising out of third-party services must be directed to the respective service provider.

Liability

● Global Vision Holiday will not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by circumstances beyond our control.
● We are not responsible for any losses arising from errors or omissions on our website or from the negligence of any suppliers providing services through us.

Force Majeure

● Global Vision Holiday will not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, or government restrictions.

Intellectual Property

● All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on this website are the property of Global Vision Holiday unless otherwise noted.
